Our team can still update your shipping address if your parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet.

To ensure we can make the change in time, please call us on 021 689 322 or email hello@eddiebells.store as soon as possible. If you’ve already sent an email, we recommend giving us a call to expedite the process.

Please note: once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes, and you’ll need to contact your local postal service to arrange a redirection

We offer shipping to a wide range of countries

Please note, we do not ship to forwarding addresses that export packages outside NZ. EddieBells is not liable for lost or damaged packages sent to forwarding addresses in violation of our Terms of Service. We are also unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders due to potential delays in customs processing.

Shipping costs for international orders are displayed during checkout. Customs duties and fees, if applicable, are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

EddieBells is located in beautiful Clevedon, New Zealand. All orders are carefully packed, packaged and sent directly from this location.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered as the delivery address your order will be held. One of our team members will be in touch to arrange an alternative physical address to send your order to.

To prevent delays dispatching your order, please ensure you only provide physical addresses for deliveries. PO Boxes are not supported.
